Who We Are
FRESH
START HOMES LLC. earns it’s profits by buying, selling, and
leasing real property. Fresh Start Homes’ funds, along with
investor’s funds, are used to purchase real property and earn the
investor a guaranteed rate of return. The properties are usually
bank owned, short sales, or otherwise distressed. However, sometimes
discover great properties that are not any of the above. Fresh Start
Homes is not limited to Utah Markets.
Most of the properties are in need of minor to major repairs. We
work with licensed electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors.
We also employ skilled tradesmen who make necessary repairs.
Once the repairs have been completed, the decision is made to either
sell the property or negotiate a lease with an option to purchase.
Our experience has shown that the best rate of return is made on the
lease purchase properties. We require a non-refundable deposit with
the lease purchase agreement. These leased properties are managed by
our in-house property manager. If legal issues with tenants occur,
they are addressed by our attorneys.
Our investors are paid regardless of whether Fresh Start makes a
profit. Investor money is a hard money loan which is guaranteed with
specified rate of return. Our track record proves we can produce the
funds to pay our investors. We realize that the funds we receive are
very important to our investors. We value and respect their trust.
